In 37 B.C., at the bottom of Chiang Pak Mountain, there was an old castle where the prince, ShuMok lived. ShuMok, due to many evil political pressures, was forced to leave. As he was running away from the evil forces, he came across a river that he couldn’t cross. He then used his box and arrow and shot an arrow into the water. As he shot the arrow, he begged the Gods for help and said “I am of God’s blood, my mother was the daughter of the Goddess of River. I am in danger, you must help me.” With that said, magically, the grass grew together and Sea Turtles floated to the top and formed a bridge. ShuMok was then able to cross the river.

After he crossed the river, he formed another city, named Ko Li Le. Which is now located just 5 miles away from Ji’an City. In the city, a stone wall is etched with this story.

Ko Li Le’s second generation, moved to Ji’an City. For close to 425 years, descendants from the Ko Li Le’s generation have been in Ji’an City and left many ancient maps and landmarks. Some of these maps being of Kwok Lai City (spelling?), Yun Dui Shen City, graves of the military loyalists and ancient arts. Today, many of the artifacts are priceless and famous around the world.

In 2004, it was declared that the Chinese
government owned the land and its artifacts.

***Ji’an City is where the company is located.
